Bottled at a powerful 57.9% ABV in a 70cl format, this single malt spent its full maturation in a fresh sherry cask, resulting in a strikingly deep amber hue. The liquid showcases Springbank’s signature two-and-a-half-times distillation process and medium-peated character, marrying dirty, industrial Campbeltown notes of oily hessian, maritime brine, and gentle smoke with the intense dark fruit, spice, and oak tannins imparted by first-fill sherry wood. Un-chillfiltered, naturally colored, and bottled directly for trade purposes, it offers an authentic, unadulterated snapshot of the legendary distillery’s craft.
