The fourth batch of Redbreast 12 Year Old Cask Strength, this single pot still whiskey has been matured in a combination of ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks. The nose holds aromas of marzipan, freshly-baked bread, vanilla, apricot and citrus, alongside hints of soft dried fruits. The palate offers notes of tropical fruit, exotic spices, vanilla, sea salt, raisins and sultanas.
