Milk & Honey 2018 Triple Cask Young Single Malt Whisky, 50cl, 46% ABV

The Milk & Honey whisky distillery is the first of its kind in Israel, situated in Tel Aviv, a city that acts as the hub of the country’s culinary and drinking scene thanks to its outdoor markets and fantastic bars and eateries. The company took inspiration from Israel’s craft beer scene which became popular in the early 2000s and the first spirit distillation occurred in 2015. Due to the climate in which they are distilled and casked, the younger whiskies produced at the distillery are deeply rich in flavour.
