Distilled on February 12, 2020, and bottled on March 7, 2023, this 3-year-old single malt Scotch whisky was produced exclusively for specialist retailer Royal Mile Whiskies. Matured entirely in a single ex-Cabernet Sauvignon red wine hogshead (Cask #123), it yielded just 423 bottles presented at a powerful cask strength of 61.4% ABV with no chill-filtration or added color. Combining Lochlea’s farm-grown malted barley character with rich wine cask influence, it exhibits a vibrant profile packed with freshly made strawberry jam, summer berries, and juicy blackcurrants, perfectly balanced by pleasant vanilla creaminess, toasted grain, and a gentle finish of warming cinnamon and black pepper.

Crafted by the family-owned Lochlea Distillery, renowned for its deep-rooted heritage and connections to Robert Burns, this whisky embodies the farm’s legacy, enriching its character with homegrown barley and pristine local water sources.
