Dalmore Tay Dram Season 2011 Single Malt Scotch Whisky, 70cl, 40% ABV

Produced by Dalmore with the object of raising up to £400k for a quartet of beautiful Scottish fishing rivers, like the rest of the Rivers Collection the Tay Dram has been produced from quality bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks and at least £4 per bottle sold went to the Tay Foundation that protects and conserves the river.

The Dalmore Distillery is located in Alness, which is 20 miles North of Inverness. It sits on the banks of the Cromarty Firth overlooking the Black Isle, the “big meadowland”, from which it takes its name.
