Dalmore 1981 Amoroso Sherry Finesse Single Malt Scotch Whisky, 70cl, 42% ABV

Distilled on November 24, 1981, this 26-year-old Dalmore underwent initial maturation in American white oak bourbon barrels before receiving an intense finishing in Amoroso sherry casks from Gonzalez Byass.

One of only 484 bottles.

The Dalmore Distillery is located in Alness, which is 20 miles North of Inverness. It sits on the banks of the Cromarty Firth overlooking the Black Isle, the “big meadowland”, from which it takes its name.
