Bimber Olorosso Cask Batch No.2 Single Malt London Whisky, 70cl, 51.7% ABV

London’s Bimber is back with another fabulous English single malt! This is the second batch of its Oloroso Cask release, which after spending time in first fill bourbon casks, was finished in Spanish Oloroso sherry butts. Think tropical fruit and spicy sherried notes, all bundled up in a wonderfully silky whisky. Just 920 bottles were released at 51.7% ABV.
