Ardbeg Alligator Untamed Release Single Malt Scotch Whisky, 70cl, 51.2% ABV

Ardbeg Alligator Untamed Release is a hard‑to‑find Islay malt released in 2011 that takes Ardbeg’s smoky character to another level. Part of the whisky was matured in new American oak casks that were charred so heavily the wood surface split and cracked, giving rise to the “alligator” name. Bottled at a robust 51.2% ABV, it delivers intense peat smoke alongside bold notes of charred oak, spice, citrus sweetness and a rich, lingering smokiness.
