Distilled in early 1993 this 100% blue agave spirit was aged for an unprecedented 21 years—first in Canadian white oak and Californian wine casks in warm, earthen-floor cellars, then finished in cooler high-altitude facilities to preserve its delicate balance. Bottled at 43.5% ABV in 2014, it delivers a deeply complex profile of dried fruit, toasted oak, and warm baking spices, beautifully paired with a rich caramel sweetness and an enduring, vibrant agave presence.
